To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phmacoa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if phmacoa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
phmacoa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phmacoa account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit phmacoa's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to phmacoa.
You may close your phmacoa account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you have incurred prior to closure.
phmacoa reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact phmacoa's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
